Earth Questions

QHow did companies manage following the loss of knowledge and experience after 9/11 or the Tsunami?

I'm interested in the effects of sudden loss of experience and tacit knowledge that exists only in the heads of staff following a disaster like 9/11 , the Tsunami , or happier , a union victory lottery .

Someone must have researched this and I would do a review of the literature .

The links or links, comments or suggestions very welcome .

This is for a graduate role .

Thank you.

Most companies view an employee as a number. When the number is gone a new number takes it's place.
