God is certainly not pleased to see anyone suffer , nor did he allow this to happen unnecessarily . God loves to see what people learn from struggles and sufferings . C. S. Lewis says it best

We are there by God and we enjoy God's manifestation . This createion is full of turbulence and is temporary. Therefore, we who chose to come here and enjoy , but we forget that it is full of turmoil and blame God for it. We creat toys for our babies . They want to play with him . It breaks because perishable.Whose fault is then if the baby cries for him.

Without God there is. The tsunami was caused by naturally phenommenon displaced water pushed up by an earthquake . Those who survived would be angry to specific peole will remain anonymous if those people were serious suggestions. People are well known and need not be mentioned .

Just as God has to rain on the good and evil so also with his anger . Let the wise understand.

God controls the disasters, so I'd say it's all part of the plan

If you can think outside your box without prejudice...... We all chose our lives before we are born into our own destinies to become wiser and higher souls. So, yes, it is part of the plan.

Perhaps. We have to believe that all this suffering is not out of control. Everything comes from God. And we, who combined couldn't carry on an intelligent conversation with Shakespeare needn't think we can create a better world than God.

why would anyone be pleased if people die? thats just cruel and unusual

How could God be pleased when people die? Death is Gods enemy he takes no pleasure in the death of any one. Remember in Job that God told Satan that he could not take Jobs life. Satan is the one that kills us and he is the one that
has caused all our suffering also. Jesus destroyed death when he arose from the grave. We will keep on dying until the end of time. But the grave will have no hold on us we will be with God

Greetings,
Absolutely not, what would God gain if he does all that. Its because the sins of the people have called the anger of God to come upon them. And so we are moving towards the end of the World. For i say to you,People, who are not aware of the Good News through which we can receive eternal life. Here is the Good news:
John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

At this moment you can pray the most important prayer of your life by simply saying:

Dear Lord Jesus,
I believe You are the Son of God. I believe You came to earth 2,000 years ago. I believe you died for me on the cross and shed Your blood for my salvation. I believe you rose from the dead and ascended on high. I believe You are coming back again to earth. Dear Jesus, I am a sinner. Forgive my sin. Cleanse me now with Your precious blood. Come into my heart. Save my soul right now. I give you my life. I receive You now as my Savior, my Lord, and my God. I am Yours forever, and I will serve You and follow You the rest of my days. From this moment on, I belong to You only. I no longer belong to this world, nor to the enemy of my soul. I belong to You, and I am born again.
Amen!

By praying this prayer, confessing your sins, and receiving Jesus Christ into your heart, God has given you the right to become His forgiven child. The Bible gives you this assurance: "But as many as received him, to them he gave the power to become the sons of God, even to them who believe on his name" (John 1:12).
So we are free in Jesus and no longer slaves of sin,We are purchased through the Precious Blood of our really wonderful Lord Jesus Christ.

Peace Be With you.

no
#17mrs.austinAnswered at 2013-12-20 21:59:04
Absolutely NOT!!!!!

Disasters that cause death, destruction and tragedy grieve God's heart very deeply.

The Bible says that sin (rebellion against God and personal selfishness) is the cause of evil in the world and that the whole world suffers because of sin.

God made this a perfect world and we messed it up. Because God is good, He loves people and never rejoices over their suffering.

No. ( James 1:13.) At Ezekiel 33:11 God himself proclaims through a prophet "As I am alive" is the utterance of the sovereign lord Jehovah, "I take delight, [not] in the death of the wicked one, but in that someone wicked turns back from his way and actually [keeps] living."... (Infants are incapable of serving God.. They cannot be wicked).
