Please do not make your web page movement . It makes people want to stab your eyes with a spoon when you go to your site.

i would suggest making your website appealing to others. A british study showed that we judge websites in less than the time it takes to blink your eyes. I would agree with Arvenis completely. You don't want people hitting the back button the minute they get to your site. Espically people with motion sickness. To answer your question though, you can do this by using marquee coding.
