If an earthquake occurs in small town Ontario should be worried that it signed an earthquake of more to come ?

You should not worry because earthquakes are rare in places like Ontario .

Not necessarily . A small earthquake in Ontario should not be worrying as many small or small tremors are recorded every day around the world . I hope this makes sense and is useful.

A number do not predict the other. Worldwide there are hundreds of earthquakes every week, and no one can reliably predict either.

No. Typically Ontario does not have many earthquakes, and the ones that do occur are small, actually they're is earthquakes every day, they are just so small they're unnoticable. Ontario has a few "fault lines" under Lake Ontario, as well as the ones in Quebec which can cause tremors in southern ontario.
