Everything, but mostly abandoned illusions , desire, and negativity . Namaste .

Let go of your thoughts and your mind stress and void . Also cleaning your aura release negative energy .

The myriad of distractions that flit through our minds every minute of every day. Did I feed the cat ? Am I ugly ? What was I supposed to do next Tuesday ? Oooh , look, a cow . Wait, it was a truck or an earthquake . Earthquake Earth , Earth Day . Earth Day ? I forgot to put out the recycling ! etc.

You let go of your repressed emotions in your life. During the process of meditation, you start to observe yourself from a 3rd person point of view, where you become aware of yourself and your thoughts. The first few times someone practices meditation, they tend to have lots of intruding thoughts. To quiet our mind, we observe these thoughts, accept them, and let them go. As we do this, we bring these thoughts into our awareness where we can deal with them and any associated emotion. I find often if I stop meditating for a period of time and try to start again, it takes a little more time to quiet my mind because I haven't been "cleaning" my mind.
