if governed by a cosmic power I'd say yes but the judgement of people, laws and courts often prove to be wrong.
if two people have opposing opinions and beg to differ then where is right or wrong?

The older I get the more I have come to realize that every "word" that is "spoken", returns to either "haunt" you "reward" you. An act, done on your part deliberately, will return, even on your family,loved ones, children (if you have any). I am a FIRM believer! Remember, that EVERY WORD that is SPOKEN, becomes HISTORY! (even this response) So YES, the majority of the population of the World, doesn't even have knowledge of this. So the constant wars, upheavals,famine,floods,earth quakes, - ALL - raining down on us - and we still continue. The masses never learn. I am so grateful for your question, keep them coming, the more you learn about "cosmic power", the more you can change the course of your life,and make ALL your dreams come true. hmm. that's ineteresting. i guess it depends on what kind os small misdeed it is. like maybe giving an enemy the wrong directions to a job interview? well, whatever the case may be, i think it is part of the battle of good vs evil, but myabe an internal struggle, since those who are good sometimes slip up and do something "naughty".
